The Foundation is established for the purpose of providing programs, services, developmental support, access and information in the areas of rights, health care and empowerment to Deaf persons throughout South Africa and eventually Africa.Tshepiso Mokoena Foundation is a Non Profit Organisation founded by a Child of a Deaf Adult (Coda).
​The Foundation Outreach Program; (a) Economic Empowerment in partnership with local and International institutions. (b) Promote dialogue among different communities in the Country. (c) Women and Girl children development and empowerment initiatives. (d) Promotion of equal education. (e) Youth Development through training. (f) Sports Development.
